We use Playback Theatre as a form of communication. A platform for personal experiences to be told and then seen, as your story is immediately 'played back' to you as spontaneous, improvised theatre by our line-up of performers. Playback has the ability to get to the heart of a story, an issue or a theme and to bring about change by illuminating the similarities and diversities of a community, whether that be corporate, public or private. We have used Playback as a creative, enlivening form of evaluation. It is especially good for gathering feedback during conferences or at the culmination or celebration of a longer project.
